We finished our Language Arts Assessments for the year. We have two more Math Assessments to finish the curriculum.

We had a great time discovering the Smithsonian National Zoo's animal cams. We especially enjoyed the naked mole rats.

We also watched the Peregrin Falcon's in San Jose. Thank you Mrs. Pendleton for telling us all about those great sites

I will be updating our video site and sending permission slips home next week.

We completed our last Benchmark Assessments on Thursday and Friday.

We also began our new Social Studies books on Thursday. We watched an online video on geography, and learned more geography by playing Geonet during computer lab time on Friday afternoon.

We'll continue to read our unit 6 stories, and write summary and focus paragraphs for homework.

We'll keep reading our new Social Studies leassons and complete the workbooks that came with that series.

We'll finish our Math 3 curriculum instead of working on Math 54 lessons.
